Animal control services for Middle Township are overseen by the Middle Township Police Department. Animal complaints are investigated and handled by one full time animal control officer/animal cruelty investigator who is Bill Candell. Detective Thomas Flounders and Detective Jonas McInnis have been trained and certified to investigate animal cruelty, in addition to their duties with the department’s Major Crimes Unit.
